Instructions
Specific Name Searches
To search the First American Jewish Families charts, fill in
the LAST NAME field.
The FIRST NAME field is optional
Example:
Last Name: SIMM
The results will appear in a listing with a link to the chart
number where the name appears
Example:
Click on the number link (i.e. 145). The chart
will come up in a new window in an Adobe Acrobat PDF file.

Once the chart comes up, you can enlarge it or zoom in and out
using the toolbar in order to locate the name you are searching.
The charts can be printed out.
Wild Card or Truncated Searches
NOTE: If you type in SIMM*, the results will return
all names starting with SIMM
Example:
Browse
You can click on any letter in the alphabetic listing and
browse all the names in the database starting with that letter.
Additional Features
Clicking the (ALL) link will return a listing of every name
that appears on that particular chart.
